Valid driver’s license required for all operators.
All persons must be at least 18 to rent or operate any watercraft (not applicable to yacht charters or parasailing).
All renters, operators, and adult passengers must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement. All passengers must board at the Sail Grand rental facility, no pickups are allowed.
For yacht charters, we will email you a yacht charter agreement at the time of reservation.
Reservations and Damage Deposit
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
A valid credit card is required to be on file for a damage deposit. The credit card is not charged unless the watercraft or other property is damaged. The renter and a Sail Grand dock person will mutually check the watercraft before departure and upon return.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled reservation time to complete paperwork and get checked out on the watercraft. Rental times cannot be extended or altered if the renter is late. However, if you are running late, please call and we will hold your reservation as booked. “No calls” or “no shows” on the day of rental will be charged the entire rental and the watercraft may be reassigned.
