It is important that you arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. If you are running late, please call to notify us.
We are not located at the Main Shangri-La Ship Store, but about 100 yards to the west. At the Y of the resort road, turn to the right and you will see our parking lot and building.
Upon arrival at SailGrand, please have the main renter and all drivers check-in at the store. All others can remain in or near their vehicle, or outside of building.
Drivers will need to present their driver's license.
All passengers must board at Sail Grand.
We do not sell live bait or ice. Ice can be purchased at the Shangri-La Ship Store.
